Terms of Service

1. Who we are

This store and its products are operated by Devhub sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland (KRS 0001165543, NIP 7252354126), ul. Narutowicza 40/1, 90-135 Łódź. In these Terms “DevHub”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Devhub sp. z o.o.. You can reach us at store@devhub.gg or on our Discord.

By browsing the store, adding items to a basket, completing a purchase, or using our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store or our products.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products for FiveM (Cfx.re) servers, including scripts and resources, bundles, and subscriptions. All products are digital and delivered electronically. Product pages describe the features, requirements and dependencies of each item; please read them before buying.

3. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 13 years old to purchase. This is a hard minimum - it is the minimum age for a Cfx.re and Discord account - and we do not knowingly sell to anyone under 13, even with a parent or guardian's permission. If you are 13 or older but below the age of majority in your country, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian and the lawful means to pay.

4. Payments and checkout

Payments are processed by Tebex (Tebex Limited / Overwolf), our authorised reseller and merchant of record for the transaction. Tebex's own terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown in your selected currency and any applicable taxes are calculated and charged by Tebex at checkout.

As the merchant of record, Tebex issues the invoice or receipt for your purchase and administers the statutory right of withdrawal and the refund process under its terms. See our Refund Policy for how product-issue refunds are handled.

We do not receive or store your full payment-card details; those are handled by Tebex and its payment processors.

5. Account linking

Some features, such as FiveM login and product delivery, require you to link your Cfx.re / FiveM account through Tebex. You are responsible for making sure the account you link is correct and belongs to you.

Some products - including free ones - also require you to join our Discord server and remain a member to receive your licence key and keep access to the product. If you leave the server, access to those products may be removed.

6. Delivery and licence

Products are delivered to your Cfx.re account through the CFX Portal. Once a product is granted to your account, it is managed there, and your use of it is also subject to the Cfx.re Platform Server License Agreement and the Cfx.re Terms of Service. Most resources are protected by Cfx.re asset escrow.

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the product on server(s) associated with your Cfx.re account, in line with the product description and Cfx.re’s rules. You may transfer a purchased asset to another Cfx.re account only where, and exactly as, Cfx.re’s own asset-transfer policy and Portal allow, and in accordance with those rules. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, leak, decompile or attempt to bypass escrow or encryption. Full details are on our Copyright & Intellectual Property page.

7. Updates and support

Purchases include lifetime updates for the product and support through our Discord on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee a specific response time or uptime, and we cannot guarantee that a product will be compatible with every framework, other resource, custom edit, or future game or Cfx.re version.

Support covers the product itself and assumes a minimum level of FiveM server administration and Lua / scripting knowledge needed to install and configure resources. We cannot provide general programming tuition, nor set up, debug or maintain your whole server, framework or unrelated resources for you.

8. Subscriptions

Subscription products renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal through Tebex or your account; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. See our Refund Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products or store to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, attack or abuse the store or our infrastructure, or violate the rules of Cfx.re, FiveM or Tebex. You must not misrepresent your identity or use stolen or unauthorised payment methods.

10. Chargebacks

Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled through Tebex's standard processes. Opening a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback instead of contacting us may result in the loss of access to the product through Tebex and Cfx.re.

11. Disclaimers

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This section does not affect the mandatory consumer rights you have under Polish and EU law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or revenue, data loss, or server downtime arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version, and material changes apply to purchases made after they take effect.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence in the EU. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
