Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Devhub sp. z o.o., ul. Narutowicza 40/1, 90-135 Łódź, Poland (KRS 0001165543, NIP 7252354126). For any privacy matter, contact us at store@devhub.gg.

2. What data we collect

• Order and transaction data through Tebex: the products you buy, your basket, selected currency and payment status. Tebex processes your payment details; we do not see or store full card numbers.
• Account-linking data: your Cfx.re / FiveM username and ID when you link your account for login and delivery.
• Discord-linking data: when you connect Discord to access member-only products, we store your Discord user ID together with your server-membership status and the member-only products you obtained. We do not store your Discord username, avatar or messages.
• Support data: the messages and information you send us by email or on Discord.
• Technical and analytics data: IP address, device and browser information, and usage events collected through cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity).

3. Why we use it and our legal bases

• To perform our contract with you (process orders, deliver products, provide support) - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• To meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting - Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• For our legitimate interests in securing the store, preventing fraud and abuse, and understanding basic usage - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• With your consent where it is required, for example non-essential analytics cookies - Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only as needed with service providers acting on our behalf or as independent controllers: Tebex (payments and order processing, merchant of record), Cfx.re (delivery and login), Discord (support and login), Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), and our hosting and infrastructure providers. Some of these may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice data for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally several years in Poland). Other data is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data and to request its rectification, erasure or restriction, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO). To exercise any right, contact us at the address above.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies that are needed for the store and basket to work, and analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics) to understand how the store is used and improve it. By continuing to use the store you consent to our use of cookies as described in this policy. You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.

8. Children

The store is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the store or provide any personal data.
