Copyright & Intellectual Property

1. Ownership

All scripts, source code, assets, user interfaces, designs, text, logos, and the “DevHub” name and branding are owned by Devhub sp. z o.o. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Buying a product gives you a licence to use it; it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

2. Your licence

Subject to full payment and to our Terms of Service, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the product on server(s) associated with your Cfx.re account, as described on the product page and under the Cfx.re Platform Server License Agreement. Resources are delivered through the Cfx.re Portal and most are protected by Cfx.re asset escrow.

3. What you may do

You may use and configure the product on your own FiveM server(s) as intended, and edit any open (non-escrowed) configuration or files we provide, for your own use on those servers.

4. What you may not do

You may not:

resell, rent, lend, sublicense, share, give away or otherwise redistribute the product or any part of it;
leak or publicly post the files or source code;
decompile, deobfuscate, reverse-engineer, or bypass Cfx.re escrow, encryption or any licence check;
remove or alter any copyright, credit or licence notices; or
use our code, assets or branding to pass off your own products or to imply an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.

5. Third-party and open-source components

Some products may include third-party or open-source components that remain under their own licences; those licences continue to apply to those components, and any required attributions are included with the product. The rest of the product remains our intellectual property.

6. Trademarks and affiliation

DevHub is an independent creator of FiveM resources. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or any of their affiliates. “FiveM”, “Cfx.re”, “GTA” and “Grand Theft Auto” and related names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe compatibility.

7. Reporting leaks or resale

If you find one of our products leaked, shared, resold or redistributed without authorisation, please contact us at store@devhub.gg with details: what you found and where. We act on valid reports.

8. Enforcement

Breaching this page or our Terms of Service may result in termination of your licence and loss of access to the product, and we reserve all rights and remedies available to us under the law. For payment and asset matters we otherwise rely on the standard processes of Tebex and Cfx.re.
