Refund Policy
Last updated: 21 June 2026
1. Tebex, invoices and your right of withdrawal
Purchases are processed by Tebex, which acts as the merchant of record (the seller) for the transaction. Tebex issues your invoice or receipt, collects any applicable tax, and administers the statutory right of withdrawal and the refund process under its own terms and refund policy. Approved refunds are issued by Tebex to your original payment method.
Our products are digital content delivered immediately to your Cfx.re account through the Cfx.re Portal. By completing checkout through Tebex you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that, once delivery or download has begun, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies. We therefore generally cannot refund simply because you changed your mind after delivery.
This DevHub Refund Policy sets out when we, as the product creator, will approve or support a refund for issues with the product itself. The cases below explain when we will and won't.
2. When we will refund
We will refund you (or, where appropriate and with your agreement, fix or replace the product) if:
- the product is faulty or does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time after you contact support.
Billing problems such as a duplicate charge, the wrong amount, or a product that was never delivered are handled by Tebex as the merchant of record - contact us or Tebex and we will help get it corrected.
3. When we will not refund
Refunds are not available where:
- you simply changed your mind, no longer need the product, or found it cheaper elsewhere, after it was delivered;
- you did not read the product description, requirements or dependencies (framework, other resources, server type) before buying;
- the problem is caused by your own setup, edits to the code, other resources, or third-party conflicts, rather than a defect in our product;
- you do not cooperate with our support in diagnosing or resolving the problem (for example, you refuse to provide the order details, screenshots, logs or reasonable access we need to reproduce and fix it);
- the product works as described and you have already downloaded or used it; or
- you have breached our Terms (for example, leaking or reselling the product).
4. Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time before its next renewal to stop future charges. We do not refund the current or partial billing period once it has started, unless the law requires it or the product is faulty. See our Terms of Service for how subscriptions renew.
5. How to request a refund
Contact us at store@devhub.gg or open a ticket on our Discord, ideally within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order or transaction ID and a clear description of the problem (with proof such as screenshots or server console errors where relevant). Approved refunds are processed through Tebex back to your original payment method; the time to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory consumer rights you have under Polish and EU law. If a digital product is not in conformity with the contract, you may be entitled to have it brought into conformity, to a price reduction, or to a refund, as provided by law. As Tebex is the merchant of record for your purchase, these rights are administered through Tebex's terms and refund process.
